Note: Rengoku san used the kanji of “赫 (あか)” here. You usually use “赤 (あか)” for red color. 赫 describes red color, too, and it also means “shiny burning red”. It describes his sword perfectly!

Note: ド派手 describes the way something is showy or flashy and it contains negative meaning like “too much”. But Tengen uses it in a good way though.

キュンとする → to get butterflies in stomach
“キュンとする” means that your heart goes “kyun” when you are attracted to someone or got crushed on someone. “Kyun” describes the feeling your heart is tightened.
